RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 
The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through Whistlekids.ca. All store purchases may only be returned to whistlekids Store within the original purchase. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information. 
  1. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry,swimwear and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or credit
  2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange or credit  as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tag and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the shipped date. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, please mail the merchandise to our Online Returns address for credit to your account You may also return your merchandise to any Whistlekids store located within Canada for an exchange or store credit only. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

 

HOW TO RETURN
 
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the shipped date. Please note all Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, cosmetics, jewelry, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. 

 

Returning to our Online Returns address

Your order will include an invoice, return form, and/or customs documents. On your Return Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes. 

Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
 
Returning to our stores

Your invoice must be present when returning merchandise to a store. You may return your merchandise to Whistlekids 1693 Avenue Road Toronto Ont, M5M 3Y3 for an exchange or store credit. Refunds for online purchases are only processed when the merchandise is mailed to our Online Returns address.
